If like me you bought WizzAir flight tickets from Paris Beauvais Airport, when booking on the WizzAir website you are offered to reserve your car parking space at the same time. Please note that when you book, the parking conditions aren't very clear. It is not specified that you will book parking outside Beauvais airport, with Aeropark company. For € 7 / day, this company offers indoor, secure parking, 10 minutes' walk from the airport.
Aeropark how does it work?
- You arrive with your car, park in the courtyard in front of the indoor car park by crossing an automatic gate.
- You must leave your keys in a small box to be opened with a code which is provided to you when booking the car park.
- You have to leave quickly! Before the automatic gate closes on you, without the possibility of coming out.
CAUTION: You will not meet with anyone. You leave your keys to Unknown people supposed to park your car after your departure, without ever meeting anyone and you go on a trip ... They have keys, your car's documents and the car ?! How can we trust? What will they do with my car?
Well, I canceled my reservation on the Wizzair website. The cancellation works! You will be fully refunded 15 days after the cancellation date.
